The Raspberry Pi High-Quality Camera, launched in 2020, is designed to natively support C-mount lenses, and to support CS-mount lenses via a bundled C-CS adapter.
Many of our industrial customers prefer to use M12-mount lenses, connecting them to our C-mount metalwork via an adapter; to service these customers, we are releasing a variant of the High-Quality Camera with modified metalwork that supports M12-mount lenses natively.
